At Illusive Jewels, we design jewellery to be worn confidently every day — not kept in a box. Our pieces are made exclusively from stainless steel and 18k gold-plated stainless steel, materials chosen for their durability, resistance to tarnishing, and suitability for daily wear.
We stand behind our jewellery and want every customer to be happy with their purchase. That’s why we offer the following warranty coverage.
Statutory Warranty
All Illusive Jewels products are covered by a statutory warranty in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
This means your jewellery should meet reasonable expectations of quality, appearance, and performance under normal conditions of use.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our commercial warranty.
90-Day Wear Warranty
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 90-day wear warranty from the date of delivery.
If your jewellery experiences issues such as unexpected tarnishing, discolouration, or manufacturing defects within the first 90 days, we’ll make it right.
Depending on the situation, this may include:

A refund

What This Warranty Covers
Our 90-day warranty covers:

Structural issues present on arrival or developing under normal wear

Fair Use & Exclusions
Our jewellery is designed for everyday wear, including regular contact with water such as handwashing and showering.
However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Deliberate misuse or extreme conditions

Exposure to harsh chemicals (e.g. cleaning products, solvents, chlorine-heavy environments)

Intentional damage or alteration

Repeated warranty claims for the same issue that indicate misuse
We assess claims fairly and individually. In rare cases of repeated or clearly abusive claims, warranty coverage may be limited.
This policy exists to protect genuine customers — not to penalise them.
Care Guidance (Recommended, Not Restrictive)
While our jewellery is made for daily wear, we recommend:

Removing jewellery during activities involving strong cleaning agents or heavy abrasion

Storing pieces dry when not in use
These steps help preserve the finish and longevity of your jewellery, but occasional exposure to water will not void your warranty.
